2007區議會選舉 - 人口分界的方式

區議會分界慨要：

• 全港18區劃分為405個區議會選區，每個選區選出1名區議員。


• 每個區議會選區的人口約為17,000人。

這個用「人口分界的方式」不知是否沿習自英國19世紀？好像沒有考慮過香港本身特殊的情況，香港生活人口是向高空發展而不是橫向擴大的；請看看 將軍澳區 由 Q08-Q21 或 觀塘區 由 J1-J34，其中有 J24-25 同一條翠屏村就以一條馬路劃分為，翠屏南北村各1名區議員，Q17 運享區包括「疊翠軒 + 新都城第一期 + 茵怡花園」，翠屏村和運享區以步行計15鐘之內行完一次，而 Q08-Q21 共14個區，以一般迅速跑步 2小時都內可以跑完一個圈；這不為什麼只為人口有萬幾人囉！

短短 2小時的腳程，就有14位能幹的區議員為市民服務；每小時跑 7區，平均每跑8分半鐘就會跨區一次，無怪乎渣打馬拉松越來越多香港人跑了，這實在是奇異恩典。

我們的特首會否在增加區議會的錢和權之時一併考慮考慮區議會的選區應如何分界？例如加入地土面積大小的因素？

「十年生死兩茫茫，不思量，自難忘，千里孤墳，無處話淒涼。縱使相逢應不識，塵滿面，鬢如霜。夜來幽夢忽還鄉，小軒窗，正梳妝。相顧無言，惟有淚千行。料得年年斷腸處，明月夜，短松岡。」

這是古人對逝者的懷念，面對生死之間的鴻溝那份無奈，非外人道哉。

今日我們已經知道並認識生與死的解決辦法，對我們這些認耶穌基督為救主的人，死後在樂園有我們再相聚之處，所以死對我們並不可怕；可怕的是死後不能與不信的親友相聚，這才是真正的生死兩茫茫。

約6:53-56 耶穌說：「我實實在在的告訴你們，你們若不吃人子的肉，不喝人子的血，就沒有生命在你們裡面。吃我肉、喝我血的人就有永生，在末日我要叫他復活。我的肉真是可吃的，我的血真是可喝的。吃我肉、喝我血的人常在我裡面，我也常在他裡面。」

約14:1-3「 你們心裡不要憂愁；你們信神，也當信我。在我父的家裡有許多住處；若是沒有，我就早已告訴你們了。我去原是為你們預備地方去。我若去為你們預備了地方，就必再來接你們到我那裡去，我在那裡，叫你們也在那裡。」

對已在主懷安息的弟兄姊妹，我會懷喜樂的心去與她說「天家再會！」
