天氣：灰灰的天，氣溫約 18-20度。

坐Mr.Lam所借來的車，在早上 9時許到達 大尾督，Mr.Lam建議由新娘潭道行入涌尾的烏蛟騰；這決定帶來 1.5小時的熱身運動，因我們都是第一次行這條路線(烏蛟騰 至 大尾督)，要在新娘潭燒烤場尋找路徑才能上烏蛟騰。

我們選擇行最難的一條路線(傳聞中這條是行山的考牌路線)，先由烏蛟騰 至 鹿湖峒 途經 馬頭峰、橫嶺坳、大峒、觀音峒，我們認為很易，原來也不容易。

初段上山不難

到達 C2601 真正的起步點，C2630是終點。

一路盡是高高低低，很多的碎石，又有斬樹不除根的樹根凸出，沒有平穩的路，卻有足夠的挑戰性。

由鹿湖峒到長牌墩，碎石多多，小心「拗柴」

這些碎石不像原本在此的，一般碎石多的地方都是禿了的山路或斜坡，不像這裡左右都有樹木，與 Mr.Lam 在路上研究研究，結論是建湖時爆石所留下的。

完成 C2601 - C2630大慨用了6小時，比正常時間快了1小時，連起程的路段計算，這真是朝九晚五的旅程，我們下午五時許才經水霸回到大尾督，Mr.Lam 更為這次行程付出意想不到的代價。嘻嘻！

大良炒牛奶

「鳳城炒牛奶」或稱「大良炒牛奶」煮這名菜有二個竅門、步驟很是重要的：
1. 煮熱鮮奶令水份揮發。目的是令奶質加倍濃厚，乳香奶味更豐富。

2. 必須把攤涼了的牛奶分別與蛋白及粟粉調和之後才再混合。目的是避免蛋白包裹著粟粉形成粒狀影響其滑膩的質感。

要點: 奶蛋漿只可以加鹽花，不能添加其它調味，免得材料的真味失去。

材料: 蟹肉、河蝦仁、雞肝、鮮奶、蛋白及粟粉。

做法: 將材料與鮮奶、蛋白及粟粉調勻，用慢火炒成香滑細嫩、潤而不油如陽春白雪似的酥酪佳餚。

天氣：藍天白雲，氣溫約 18-24度。

07:45 與 Mr.Lam在大快活集合，這次是「拗柴」後第一次行長路線；之前08/Dec已經試腳由合力徑至科大，在那個多小時的行程裡右腳的感覺良好，因怕再「拗柴」今次特意用 "繃帶" 紥腳減低損傷的可能，然後大膽地跟 Mr.Lam 上路。


我們由小夏威夷徑起步計，直到井欄樹大慨用了一小時，一路所見與04年時所見的風景區大致相同，多了些木瓜樹，政府正在心朗村口開一條車路入村，渠務工程正在展開，看來心朗村會有新一批的丁屋村準備興建。
經過石鼓隴農莊就會看見 衛奕信徑第4段 的正式入口，就是人稱「西貢古道」的起點。一路到大藍湖村，途中只見在04年已在興建中的大屋仍然在興建中，見有位"亞差"在督工便上前查詢(八掛)一番；原來是印度富貴人家的大屋，怪不得能用數年時間來興建三層高的大宅。

由大藍湖至大老山這段是我們都未行過的所以都比較小心

小休時間

很快便經過 剪帶傷心營 - 基維爾營 -，步行一段便到了獅子亭；中午12:30已經在黃大仙負巴總站吃麵。

這次全程不需 4小時，只在大老山頂腳踝有點拉緊的感覺，除此之外已沒有別的問題；相信是習慣了毅行者的操練，非常輕鬆地完成這 8公里多的路。 Mr.Lam 說我們下一個目標可以登神山，相信除了旅費外其他問題不大。
