洋蔥煮紅酒
洋蔥要加糖炒,微熟加水加紅酒,(可以加豬、牛、羊),用中小火滾到熟,熄火食得。健康有益!
[豬、牛、羊,可先煮熟再入湯;紅酒可買 250ml x 6 小罇裝,平均<$30一支,一支夠煮 2、3次(2人份量)]。
